Keats Pharmacy, at the heart of the Hampstead Village community, was struggling to effectively represent their values, heritage and services on the high street within the affluent area it serves.
Along with a uniquely large offering of boutique, ethical skincare, the pharmacy has an on-site vaccination clinic which despite loyal local regard, had started to face competition in the area.
As a pharmacy has stood on the site since 1872, the brand was brought up to date with a nod to its heritage past. The aluminium and vinyl facia was removed to reveal the traditional details of the store and emphasised with finishes such as the hand applied 23 carat gold leaf lettering signage along with a wooden hanging profile sign.
Scalloped edged, wooden signage was hand-crafted with slot-in inserts to feature seasonal messages and beauty brand features.
The Keats website was dated, so a fully responsive site was built to clearly communicate private and NHS pharmacy services and their full vaccination listings offered.
